Duration

by Mike

Time advances and the life goes on. These are the facts of life that I have become painfully familiar within the past few years. I have also come to realize that most of the time, there is no use fighting it because it’s a tide that you cannot fight or go against. Life does go on regardless of your feelings or desires. It will flow the way it wants to despite all of your efforts.

So what does this cryptic post mean? Well, once I have realized all this, I have come to realize that the preconceived notion of “proper duration of time” for anything really is just a “notion”. The reality might not have anything to do with this notion.
More will become apparent in the next couple of months. Please stay tuned patiently…

Mass Update

by Mike

So to recap all that has happened in the past year for my old readers and the new readers.

Last I left you, I just started my new job at HSBC where I was excited to be doing what I was doing. Well, things change and they change fast! Here is the list in some form of an order:

  • Make transition from Convedia (VoIP world) to HSBC (Bank/Financial world)
  • Love what I do at HSBC
  • Work like a mad man because I love what I do at HSBC
  • Hate what I do at HSBC
  • A new job fall on my lap
  • Quit HSBC
  • Start my new job

Well.. on top of that.. I ended up becoming an uncle when started at my new job and also found my way out of being single status around the same time. All this in the span of 10 month. Crazy huh? Well.. I guess I can write more about it later..
