It’s been a long time…

by Mike

I know it’s been a while and it actually took an insanely great deal for me to get off my butt and set this up.
Anyhow, I’m back with my random (and not so random at times) thoughts for your enjoyment. Hopefully, this rendition of the RMine will last longer than the last one. Although I’m sure many did enjoy the wacky comments and post of the predecessor, I hope this time around will be better than the last.

I can’t promise the frequency of my posts because I know that one post per day that I used to keep up to is near impossible with my current commitments.

Nevertheless, I can promise some weirdness fused with coolest geekiness I can muster. I am not going to predict what the future will bring to this humble corner of the vast internet reserved for my personality but I hope I will win back my readership of the past.

Enjoy!

New Adventure

by Mike

There we were. A new beginning without either of us knowing, the slow drift of the flow was already in motion but it was so slow that we couldn’t read it properly. I had my expectations that she didn’t quite fit and ,as I have learned in the weeks to come, so did she and I didn’t satisfy her list either.

So it began as a casual dinner with bunch of friends, friends to whom we owe our happiness to. Even by the end of the dinner, neither of us knew. We couldn’t have even dreamed of what would become of us in the weeks and months to come. In our humble beginning, both of us thought this relationship would never begin for various reasons. Little did we know that this was the relationship that would take the hyper-speed and become THE relationship for the both of us.

Don’t get me wrong. We still do have problems and we do have the leveled head to face these problems and assess every situation as they come but the kindred spirit that we share have proven to be more than just a simple infatuation and the feeling of head above the clouds is more than just what is referred to by others as a honeymoon phase.

One thing that has become clearer as each days go by is that we don’t have to prove anything to the world because we know what we have and we don’t have a doubt in our mind at all.

What am I getting to? I’ve asked her to marry me and her answer was a “yes”.
