So the Vancouver housing market has been playing an immitation of what the tech stock market used to look like in the late 90s and us lowly salary earners have been forced to seriously think about what we have to do in order to stake a claim to piece of land in this city. It has come to a point of absolute terror and hopeless desperation. Even if I magically break the 6 figure barrier tomorrow and decided to use my newly found spending power to upgrade my humble abode of virtual land status to physical land status, I will not be able to do it. Just simple matter of mathematics and a quick deduction later, I am forced to consider crazy scenarios. Among these, I have seriously considered moving to a different province and even considered begging for help. The last resort that I have come to… I need to start a business but without letting go of my day job. So.. a handful of weeks later… I have a handful of ideas to show for. So.. anyone wanna join me?
